Jennifer began her career in real estate in 1992 at Park Regency Real Estate, when she started as a receptionist for their real estate office. When she was transferred to their in-house escrow to be a receptionist/processor, she found she had a passion for escrow and quickly worked her way up in the company starting as an assistant, then escrow officer and eventually managing the entire division. When the market crashed in 2008, Jen went to Rodeo Realty where she was the executive assistant to the owner of the company. While there, she managed the overall dealings of 10 branch offices of Rodeo and Encore Escrow. With her combined management and hands on escrow experience, Jennifer made the move to Mulholland Escrow, where she handled many high profile clients and when the company branched off to become an independent escrow company, Jennifer the natural choice when seeking the right person to manage Wonderland Escrow. Her unyielding customer service, dedication to her clients and contractual precision have earned Jennifer many accolades as she continues to serve her clients.
Gaby Thompson found her passion for Escrow at the age of 19 when she working as a receptionist at a local Real Estate office in Los Angeles. With her meticulous attention to detail and her inspiring work ethic, Gaby was given the opportunity to work as an escrow assistant and was quickly promoted to Senior Escrow Officer for Beachwood Escrow. After honing her skillset with years of practical escrow experience and working along some of the top Escrow officers in all Southern California, Gaby joined Keller Williams Realty and their in-house Escrow, Mulholland Escrow. When they branched off to Wonderland Escrow, Gaby was a critical component of the company’s growth and has been loyally serving them ever since.

Jennifer started her longstanding escrow career in Newport Beach with Coldwell Banker Escrow. In 2004 Jennifer made a move to Las Vegas where she was the Branch Manager for Lawyer’s Title in Henderson, NV for 5 years during the boom of the real estate market. Upon the down turn in the market, Jennifer headed back to California and took a position as Opening Dept. Supervisor for Harmony Escrow in Irvine, creating a seamless opening procedure for over 30+ escrow orders being opened daily. After a year with Harmony Escrow she relocated to West Hollywood and joined Old Republic Title overseeing a Fannie Mae REO desk for 4 years. before her move to Wonderland Escrow.
Claudia Bonilla began her career in escrow in 2005 in Las Vegas Nevada after working in Financial Loan Services. She started as an escrow assistant to a high-profile escrow officer and quickly got promoted to an Escrow Officer due to her attention to detail and strong work ethic. After the market crashed in 2008, Claudia moved back to Los Angeles and began working at some of the most reputable Escrow companies in the Los Angeles area and held many challenging positions including running Resale and Refinance departments. After learning from the best and becoming a well-rounded asset to any Escrow company, Claudia took her current position as Senior Escrow Officer to Wonderland Escrow where she strives to give the best possible service to her clients during each transaction.
Joanna Moss began her career in escrow in 1997 where she started as a receptionist at a local escrow company. Within her first year, she was quickly promoted to escrow assistant and, soon after, was given the opportunity to be an escrow officer with her own book of business. Her keen attention to detail and interpersonal skills enable her to navigate even the most stressful situations with ease. Joanna strives to provide excellent customer service and truly enjoys the opportunity to help others through the escrow process. She is excited to bring her knowledge to Wonderland Escrow and provide her unequivocal fiduciary duty to each and every one of her clients.
Senior Escrow Assistant
Maria began her escrow career as a receptionist for Financial Title in Woodland Hills where she quickly made the transition to escrow assistant. In 2007 Maria became the Fannie Mae REO Escrow Officer for Gateway Title. As the industry went through changes in the market Maria landed at Old Republic Title in 2011 as an assistant to Jennifer Wheaton, where together they successfully ran a Fannie Mae REO desk closing up to 40 files per month. Maria is excited to be joining Wonderland Escrow alongside Escrow Officer Jennifer Wheaton with whom she has a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.

Anita began her career with Keller Williams’ in house escrow, Mulholland Escrow, in 2017. Recognizing the wonderful opportunity to work among an extremely talented and knowledgeable team, she took the initiative to engulf herself in the business and soak in as much information as possible. She quickly sharpened her expertise by working with a high-volume, fast-paced escrow officer, where she’s been instrumental in the closing upwards of 30 files per month. This experience, coupled with her friendly and helpful personality has proven a perfect fit working in the field of Escrow. Anita is excited to have joined Wonderland Escrow and continues to part of the company and her clients’ success.

Diana has recently joined the Wonderland family and is excited to contribute to the company’s success. She is currently working as a Junior Escrow Assistant with the hopes of expanding with Wonderland Escrow. Diana has spent her time learning and cultivating her administrative knowledge and experience. She is a firm believer that providing exceptional customer service is a key element to the company’s success, of which she is looking forward to doing so. Diana is eager to learn and expand her knowledge in the industry while building and maintaining successful client relationships.
JUNIOR Escrow Assistant
Rhyanne is the Junior Escrow Assistant for Jennifer Shneck and is an essential member of our team. Previously a property manager and having worked in customer service for her entire professional career, she has a wide range of applicable and necessary skills to ensure our clients enjoy a flawless transaction from opening to closing day. Rhyanne assists with office administration, monitoring documentation, meeting with clients, and responding to correspondence with a friendly demeanor. She gives her all to everything she does and is looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Wonderland escrow.
Robert Lanzas is the concierge representative for Wonderland Escrow and is thrilled to offer a white glove treatment and provide outstanding customer service to each of our valued clients.
